Gates open at 5 pm, so grab a drink from one of the five exclusive wine bars and soak up the festival vibe before the show starts at 7:30 pm. As you cruise upriver, keep an eye out for wildlife—there’s a chance to see some of the Big 5. On the way back, relax and enjoy a wine tasting with wines from Niel Joubert, Kirabo, and Amperbo Wines while you take in the river views.
