Ocean Breeze is a well-equipped, modern beach house in an idyllic treed setting on Kariega Road, just 5 minutes walk away from the Main Beach and Kariega River. The harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces encourages a relaxed atmosphere where laughter and conversations flow freely. Adding to the charm, Ocean Breeze features a distinct nautical tinge in every room, accentuated by tasteful red decor accents. With its four bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates families of up to eight people.

The master suite is complete with a king-size bed, a TV, and doors that lead onto the front patio beside the pool. Its large en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, ball-and-claw bathtub, twin basins and its doors lead out to the lovely back courtyard. The second king-sized bedroom opens onto the patio and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 offers ample space with a queen-size bed, sharing a bathroom with the fourth bedroom. Bedroom 4 is ideally suited for children, featuring two single beds.

The open-plan living room is the centre point of the house and lends a communal space for casual cuisine and engaging conversations. The kitchen has a centre island and is equipped with a large five-burner gas hob and oven. There is a wood-burning fireplace for wintry nights. The kitchen, comfortable lounge, and dining area extend onto the large tiled patio, with a built-in undercover braai, which overlooks the swimming pool and lush garden. There is also a lovely back courtyard for leisurely family breakfasts and alfresco dinners. After a day of fun in the sun at the nearby beach, the outdoor shower is a welcome retreat to rinse off.
